About me

I started baking Neapolitan pizza in high school. It took me 10 years of research and countless attempts to achieve perfect pizza I like on my home oven. Only a year after this achievement I got diagnosed with coeliac disease. Not entire experience was lost of course, but I needed new recipe. Than for bagels, than sourdough, and so on. That is how we got here.

It is in my nature to approach life with scientific mind. In my research for better recipes I relay on data, scientific sources and many different books. In areas I lack reliable information I try running my own tests. I would like to share knowledge I gathered with you, and I would love to here your feedback and any interesting information you found in this topic.
